Be a Contributor

Individuals and organizations are needed to contribute to the Institute for Mental Health Research. The highest compliment the Institute can receive is the referral of your family, friends, and business associates.

LEAVE A LEGACY

The Institute is proud partner of the LEAVE A LEGACY program.

Special Opportunity!
Donors who contribute $100 or more will be named Founders of the Institute.

Opportunities to assist include:

Friend (up to $999) Sustainer ($50,000 to $99,999)*
Patron ($1,000 to $4,999) Provider ($100,000 to $499,999)**
Sponsor ($5,000 to $9,999) Benefactor ($500,000 and above)**
Advocate ($10,000 to $24,999) Institute Naming ($5,000,000)**
Guardian ($25,000 to $49,999)  

* = Recognition by category will be on appropriate plaque(s) as well as letterhead and website.  Pledges of $50,000 or more will be accepted with a pay schedule not to exceed three years.

** = These are permanent naming opportunities.  Recognition by category will be on appropriate plaque(s) as well as letterhead and website.

Donors who contribute cumulative gifts of $10,000 or more will receive recognition by category on appropriate Institute plaque(s) and website. Gifts to the Institute for Mental Health Research are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
