Comprehensive
Service Delivery Program for Children at Risk A program model called
"Children at Risk" (CAR) was designed, directed, and evaluated
by the Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University
(CASA). This paper describes the progam and also describes the types
of technical assistance and support CASA can provide to new communities
interested in implementing a program patterned after CAR.
