Technical Assistance Centers
are organizations whose primary purpose is to provide information and
technical assistance regarding prevention and treatment issues in mental
health and substance abuse. Services may include information and referral,
on-site consultation, training, library services, publications, annotated
bibliographies, and other resources. Technical Assistance Centers provide
